The contractors will not be working along Nippersink Boulevard on Monday, May 31st in observance of Memorial Day.

The contractors completed installing the new aggregate roadway base, framed the proposed curb & gutter, and began to install street lighting conduit along a portion of the east side of Nippersink Boulevard between Grand Avenue and Ernest Avenue.
Next week, weather permitting, the contractor plans to pour the proposed curb & gutter along a portion of the east side of Nippersink Boulevard between Grand Avenue and Ernest Avenue. They also plan to begin work on the new retaining wall and proposed street lighting.
Motorists should expect minor delays as the roadway work progresses along Nippersink Boulevard. Please refrain from cell phone use and be alert when traveling through the work zones.
The contractor completed the removal of the existing pavement and sidewalk, completed the proposed roadway excavation, and began installing the new aggregate roadway base along a portion of the east side of Nippersink Boulevard between Grand Avenue and Ernest Avenue. They also framed and poured the proposed curb & gutter along the east side of Nippersink Boulevard from Oak Street to the retaining wall.
